The summit, aimed at strengthening trade cooperation and expanding international exports, brought together leading figures from the country’s industry and commerce sectors to explore new export opportunities and exchange insights across various fields.
The 8th Ideal Export Development Summit was held on October 24 at the Exhibition Center’s Conference Hall in Mashhad. Mr. Mohsen Shariati, CEO of Shifteh Araye Shargh Agricultural and Industrial Holding, was one of the summit’s keynote speakers.
In his comprehensive and expert presentation, he emphasized the importance of expanding non-oil exports and highlighted the vital role of Shifteh Araye Shargh Holding in advancing the country’s export goals.
He outlined the Holding’s major achievements, including successful market entry into Europe, the Persian Gulf region, and Eurasia, while also underlining the company’s expanding presence in neighboring countries sharing borders with Iran.
Shariati stressed the need to strengthen international trade infrastructures and seize emerging opportunities, stating: “Despite existing challenges in the export sector, Shifteh Ara-ye Shargh Holding has been able to elevate its international exports by focusing on product quality enhancement and the reinforcement of communication networks.”
He also referred to the Holding’s prestigious honor of being recognized as the Top Exporter of Razavi Khorasan Province for three consecutive years, from 2021 to 2023, attributing these successes to the tireless efforts and dedication of the company’s employees and specialists.
The summit served as an excellent platform to introduce the Holding’s new export capabilities and to create fresh business opportunities with countries in the region, including Afghanistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Pakistan, and Uzbekistan.
Through active participation in this event and the hosting of direct B2B meetings, new paths for cooperation and export development to neighboring countries were established.
